Vietnamese Meatballs

Mama Mel’s Vietnamese-style meatballs are so tender, juicy, flavourful and you can pair this with almost everything! With rice, rice noodles, fried noodles, rice paper wraps, French baguettes etc! You can make this with pork or beef!

🇻🇳 Vietnamese style meatball recipe:
Marinate 1 pound of minced pork or beef for 1-2 hours (best overnight).
1 tsp - oil
1 Tbsp - Soy sauce
1/2 tsp - Sugar
1/2 tsp - Sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
1 tsp - Chicken stock powder
1 tsp - Corn starch
1/2 tsp - ground pepper
Chop one full Garlic
2 chopped Green onions
2 Chopped Coriander
1 Shallot
1/2 cup of water to make meat really moist
