Instant Pot Birria Tacos

🌮 5 can chicken broth, beef, white onions, carrots, red chilli peppers, bay leaves, garlic cloves, dry oregano, black pepper, 1/4 cup vinegar, ginger, cumin. @maiztecafoods corn tortillas from @officialfarmboy is a MUST BUY. The best corn tortillas I’ve ever had. 🌽

🌮 1) Put all the ingredients into the instant pot for an hour or so. Make sure beef is tender! After, take out all the vegetables & spices into the blender and blend them well and put them back into the instant pot.⁣
🌮 2) Dip corn tortilla into soup, place on pan on high heat. Add beef and sauce to the tortilla and add cheese. Fold it in half and fry it evenly until crispy⁣
🌮 3) Place filled taco onto a plate and fill with anything you like (raw onions, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, radish, cilantro etc).⁣
